At PGIA, we make billing easy for our customers by providing both direct bill and agency bill options.
See below for more information regarding both billing options.
Agency Bill Options
Paid in Full
- Retain your full commission amount from the payment
- Payment options include ACH, wire transfers, check and branch deposits
- Please include remittance advice with payment. If paying electronically, email payment confirmation with remittance advice to accounting@pgiainsurance.com
- Payment must be from your agency made payable to Pacific Gateway Insurance Agency

Premium Finance
- You may arrange financing on your own or Pacific Gateway can provide a financing quote through a third party if needed
- Retain your full commission amount from the down payment
- Down payment must be from agency
- Payment options include ACH, wire transfers, check and branch deposits
- If paying by check, checks must be made payable to Pacific Gateway Insurance Agency
- Please include remittance advice with payment. If paying electronically, email payment confirmation with remittance advice to accounting@pgiainsurance.com
Direct Bill Option
National Indemnity group of insurance companies
- Available to retail agents and brokers
- Ability to access policy online and make payments online with Manage Your Policy
- No interest charges - only a small installment charge of $8 for each payment
- Option to sign up for Automatic Payment Withdrawal (Simply EFT) online which waives all installment charges
- Commission is paid as the insured makes each payment throughout the policy term
- Available only for admitted companies
- Subject to premium and coverage limitations
- Flexible payment options
